How Device Retrievals Work

The retrieval process remains fully automated and employee-friendly:

1. Submit a retrieval request directly in the Revivn platform  — or automate retrievals through the Revivn API to embed the process into your existing IT workflows.
2. Revivn ships the appropriate retrieval kit to the employee, including packaging materials and a prepaid return label
3. The employee ships the device(s) to the destination that best fits your workflow — whether that’s your corporate HQ, or directly to Revivn for processing. When laptops, phones, tablets, and bulk boxes are shipped directly to Revivn, retrieval fees are fully waived.

Automated communications, reminders, and escalations continue to ensure high return rates — with over 90% device return success, while maintaining a positive employee experience.
