This summer, Revivn partnered with longtime client, Block to transform 250 retired laptops into new opportunities for young people and families across the country through the Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation.
This donation marks the largest technology donation in the history of Revivn’s partnership with Block and reflects what’s possible when organizations think differently about end-of-life technology. Rather than allowing retired devices to sit in storage or be destroyed, Block worked with Revivn to securely refurbish the laptops and place them where they can create meaningful impact.
For Revivn, this is exactly what the Tech Access Program was built to do: connect technology with nonprofit organizations that can put it directly into the hands of the people who need it most.
From Corporate IT to Community Impact
As Block's end-of-life technology partner, Revivn securely manages the company's retired hardware while helping maximize its value through reuse.
When devices are suitable for a second life, Revivn refurbishes them and, through its Tech Access Program, matches them with nonprofit organizations whose missions align with creating greater access to technology.
This donation brought together three organizations with a shared belief: technology should create opportunity long after its first lifecycle ends.
The Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation will use the 250 laptops to support young men, young women, and single mothers participating in its mentoring and empowerment programs.
